We have a fully stocked shop, designed to meet your pet’s needs from nutrition, parasite prevention, toys, accessories and treats. Chat to our friendly reception staff to make a recommendation for your pet.

Your vet will see you and your pet in one of our two consultation rooms. This is your opportunity to explain all of your concerns to the vet and to get your questions answered. We like to see you and your pets leaving the consultation room happy and healthy.

Our reception area is the nerve centre of the practice. You and your pet will be welcomed by one of our four friendly receptionists. They are fully equipped to answer most pet-related questions and they aim to make you feel at home in our practice.

The theatre is where all the magic happens. From routine sterilisations to advanced orthopaedic operations your pet will be cared for by our dedicated nurse and kennel hand and operated on by our highly skilled vets using state of the art equipment.

Did you know that two-thirds of pets have dental disease? At Cottage Vet we like to keep that number low by doing routine dentals. The dental team is headed by Sr Denise Thomas.

We are able to use many different tools to view the inside of your pet’s body including x-rays, ultrasound, CT and MRI. Your vet will be able to guide you on which test would be the best for your pet’s particular problem.

Not only is your pet’s health important to us, so is their image. Book them in for a pamper session to get them looking their best.
